Defining Your Compass: The spruik.au Values Assessment
In the journey of leadership and self-mastery, Values are more than just words—they are the “Keys” to your dimension. As described by Enoch, we use these Keys to thrive in higher dimensions of consciousness.
The Role of Values
- The Masculine Core: The priority is mission, purpose, and direction. Values provide the compass for this journey.
- The Feminine Core: The priority is the flow of love and intimacy. Strength in Feminine Chaos is resolved with Values.
- Character: When behavior is aligned to these values in a habitual way, it forms character. This is what Stephen Covey described as what people would say at your funeral—the legacy you leave behind.
The Exercise: Discovering Your Top 6
This is a Quadrant 2 (Q2) activity. It is not urgent, but it is deeply important for your stewardship.
- Scan: Read through the list below without overthinking. Focus on who you are at your core, not who you think you should be.
- Narrow: Identify the values that resonate most deeply and narrow your selection down to your Top 6.
- Align: Write these 6 values down in your journal or planner. Review them weekly alongside your Wheel of Life to ensure your habits are in alignment.
